How to Use Google Now to Send Whatsapp Messages
Have been using Google Now on my Android Smartphones and I found it useful alot. I do use it to send voice messages, voice notes and also for searching google for any keyword. Now there’s an update that adds the ability to send whatsapp messages via Google Now.
Instant messaging applications are used by a lot of people nowadays. WhatsApp is one of the most used applications, which means that there are a lot of people who are sending millions messages to their friends, every day. Well, starting from today, things will get easier, as Google Now will help you to send WhatsApp messages without even touching the keyboard of your mobile device.
In order to send a message via Google Now, you will need to open the Google app, tap on microphone and say “Ok Google, send a WhatsApp message to Contact name” i.e. Send whatsapp message to Eskay.
After saying this command, you will see a screen from where you can start dictating your message to your contact i.e. “Eskay” on WhatsApp. If you want to send a short message, then you can use the command: “OK Google, send a WhatsApp message to Eskay: Meet me at home”.
NOTE: To use this feature ensure that the Google app for Android is up to date and so also the whatsapp instant messaging app of your choice otherwise this isn’t going to work, this feature is available only in English language for now but Google says it will add more languages in the future. Other Supported apps include WhatsApp, NextPlus, WeChat, Telegram and Viber.
